Alexander Brown - Founder and CEO.
Lex Brown is the Founder and CEO of Cedar Swiss. He was born in Scotland and educated in Africa and Glasgow. In 1970 he was
commissioned into the Royal Air Force and served for twenty years.
Since leaving the Royal Air Force he has specialised in emerging technologies and adapting them to the market place in a
series of start up enterprises. In 2006 he formed Cedar Swiss SA which has now established Governments and global corporate
bodies in its client base.
Gerry Murphy - COO.
Gerry Murphy serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Cedarswiss. He is a highly motivated Professional possessing
over 25 year’s communications experience. He has held a variety of responsible positions through a career that has
included experience in engineering, programme management, global sales and operations.
Gerry has excellent political, diplomatic and interpersonal skills, with experience gained at Board and domestic/international
Government Agency level. He has extensive experience worldwide including U.K., Western/Central/Eastern Europe, Middle East,
Latin America, Africa and the U.S.
Prior to Cedarswiss Gerry joined the British Army in 1988 and ended a distinguished service in 2001. Senior Consultant for
Ernst & Young Netherlands financial practice management system on the EURO conversion. Joined Harris Corporation 2002,
roles included Engineering positions, Programme Management and responsibility for African Sales Harris RFCD.
